Where You'll Work

Our Fort Worth, Texas location is part of our Dairy division and creates soups and sauce variations for Kerry customers and brands. We are a fast paced, never a dull moment manufacturing facility that comes together as a team to get the job done. What You'll Do

1st Shift

The typical hiring range for this role is 16.50 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. Maintain proper appearance, such as keeping uniform neat, clean, shirt tucked in Always wear clean

clothes without buttons (No sleeveless shirts or short pants) clean hair net, beard net and gloves

(changing frequently)

Ability to suggest methods for improving production or operating conditions, continuous improvement

Participate on-the-job training and gain knowledge of equipment in your designated work area

Read, understand, and follow manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures and special instructions

Operate manufacturing equipment

Follow and monitor all Food Safety and Quality control points and complete documentation for required

quality checks

Follow leads and supervisors instructions and be open to providing and receiving feedback for

improvement

Understand Job Safety Hazards and comply with department and plant Safety, GMP, Sanitation, Quality

and Environmental policies and procedures

Interact with other members of the team to ensure communication is effective and consistent

Must adhere to site Hygienic Zoning policy

Must be able to be trained in Lockout Tagout and can lock machinery out

Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

At least 1 year of similar/same manufacturing experience

Preferred Requirements:

One (1) year of food manufacturing experience

General Requirements:

Meet physical requirements stand, stretch, lift 2-50lb and work on all weather.

Work with minimal supervision

Perform basic mathematical calculations and operate scales in grams and kilograms

Follow good manufacturing practices, work safely and achieve results in a team environment

Be punctual and meet expectations for regular attendance

Attention to detail and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Be able to operate standard walkie equipment.

Attend all Safety, Health and Environmental Training as required
