Our Evansville, IN, location is part of our Coatings division, and creates various breading, batter, and coating blends for Kerry brands and customers. What You'll Do

The starting wage for this role is $21.00 per hour. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. SUMMARY:

The QA Coordinator is located in Evansville, IN, and reports to the Quality Manager. This is a plant within our Meat division and has around 130 employees and runs 24/6. This position is Monday thru Friday, day shift position. Some weekend work possible.

Prepares reports and analyze information at various stages of production process and records statistical data to determine and maintain quality, reliability, and safety of products. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reject reports and graphs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare microbiological/analytical certificates of analysis including: gathering and sending product samples for testing, faxing or e-mailing COAs to customers, updating and maintaining COA distribution lists.

Preparing certificate of analysis using SAP and/or Excel

Ingredient sampling and shipping to R & D

Enter new products in laboratory Excel and LIMs systems

Maintain R&D commercialization log

Create new control standard bottles

Pulling Line Samples/Ingredient Samples

Sanitation Data Entry

Enter daily SPC bags weights, graph results by line weekly. File documentation

Preparing weekly and monthly reject reports

Maintain product microbiological results

Support Monthly environmental program

Prepare and ship daily UPS packages

Carry out other duties as may be assigned by QATM(s) and/or including laboratory bench work and data entry

What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe

Ingredient sampling and shipping to R & D

Enter new products in laboratory Excel and SAP systems

Maintain list of products that require micro and distribute

Enter moisture values in SAP

Preparing daily reject reports

Enter daily SPC bags weights, graph results by line weekly. File documentation

Preparing weekly and monthly reject reports

Maintain product microbiological results

Support Monthly environmental program

Prepare and ship daily UPS packages

Carry out other duties as may be assigned by QATM(s) and/or including laboratory bench work and data entry
