Do you thrive in a role where you get to build relationships, fix and maintain equipment, and travel around? If you answered yes, then we want to hear from you about our Field Service Technician role, where you’ll get to interact with our customers in their various locations throughout the Sacramento Area. Your attention to detail, customer service, and technical repair skills will make you successful in this critical and autonomous position.
What You'll Do:
As a Field Service Technician you’ll perform routine preventative maintenance and complete repair requests on Kerry owned shaver/blenders and refrigerated equipment. We’ll count on you to not only install and maintain Kerry’s company equipment, but also train customers on the proper use, maintenance, and cleaning techniques. Our Field Service Technicians are very active, so bring your energy and we’ll train you on the rest.
What You'll Need:
There are a few requirements you’ll need to be safe and successful in this job:
Do have 3+ years of experience repairing air conditioning or refrigeration equipment? Your safety and the safety of our customers is a top priority and having working knowledge in this area is important to achieve that.
Can lift and carry up to 65 pounds individually, and up to 200 pounds with assistance? Equipment is heavy, so bring your muscles and safe lifting skills.
Are you willing to work outside of traditional working hours from time to time? Having your own territory means you may have to respond to emergency and after hour repair calls.
Are you comfortable interacting with customers and everything that goes along with managing your own territory? This means you’re great at building relationships and can manage your business in an autonomous environment.
