About the role
The Finance Business Partner will directly support the beverage systems business, reporting to the Sr. Finance Director and partnering with the End User Market leader and key sales team members associated with the EUM.
Key responsibilities
Beverage systems responsibility for Sales, Margin and relevant cost lines including:
Monthly performance analysis vs PY, Vs Budget and keys to execute including insightful commentary
Margin analysis key issues on Skus and whether sits with pricing or operations teams
Flash performance monthly/ weekly
Plant performance and risks with operations teams
Support and co-ordinate Commercial effectiveness for beverage systems across:
Daily / Weekly opportunity meetings
Monthly analysis of effectiveness with central team
Tracking of wins/ losses with central teams
Lead the annual budget for the business, informing SIP targets for commercial teams
Owner of all forecasting and budgeting process for beverage systems in conjunction with sales teams, central teams and pricing teams
Ad hoc financial and commercial analysis presented in clear concise and insightful manner for business decision making with leadership team
Challenge sales and margin performance vs budget and prior year with sales teams and operations teams
Support key stakeholders in the business with any analysis/ projects/initiatives/presentations as needed
Support other executive and leadership meeting agendas (e.g. Quarterly Exec meetings) including presentation material, analyses, and support.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with a CPA preferred.
5 years' experience minimum.
Strong Microsoft excel knowledge.
Detail orientated, focused individual with an ability to work in a team and across functions and can drive themselves daily in an unsupervised manner
Food manufacturing or FMCG experience preferably within Kerry environment.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $105,735 to $164,255 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements
